Transitional Apartment Program

Nova Services is a local non-profit organization that provides assistance to adult and juveniles of Washington County through a variety of programs. We are a growing organization and continue to be a proactive leader in the human service industry. We are delighted to introduce a new program available as part of our adult services.

The Transitional Apartment Program is a collaborated effort between Nova Services and Comprehensive Community Services Agency. Through this program we provide support to adults with mental health issues that are in need of transitional housing. We offer individual supervision along with independent living opportunities for our clients.
