Supported Independent Living

Nova Services Supported Independent Living Program is designed to assist chronically mentally ill clients to sustain their independence in their own residence. On a scheduled basis, Nova staff members support and assist clients with the development of independent living skills. They lend support in maintaining medication management. They assist in doctor/therapist visits, assure grocery shopping and meal preparation, and provide social support. All services are based upon distinct goals established between the case manager and the client. Appropriate clients for this program are selected by the Comprehensive Community Services Agency of Washington County.
